Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2009, I have gained extensive experience working in adult mental health across a range of settings, including primary and secondary care, and health psychology. Most recently working with clients who often have severe and complex mental health, social, and relationship difficulties. I have experience working with a variety of mental health presentations including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emotional unstable personality disorder and psychosis.
I am always keen to expand my knowledge and skills and have an interest in, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). I am enthusiastic about working collaboratively using evidence-based practice to help an individual gain a better understanding of their difficulties and to help make a difference to their lives.
