About me

I am a Registered and Chartered Counselling Psychologist and provide counselling and psychotherapy for a wide range of disorders, emotional concerns and problems using a range of interventions and approaches both in private practice and in the NHS. I have been a practicing psychologist for fifteen years and currently run an occupational health and well-being psychology service within the NHS. Previous to this I worked in secondary psychology services, where I have gained considerable experience and expertise in providing counselling and therapy for a wide range of clients with mild, moderate and severe psychological problems.
