What am I offering?
I am an experienced counsellor who helps people find ways to manage anxiety, stress and low mood, meaning they can find an inner confidence. If negative thoughts and self doubt are holding you back and you are ready to make change happen, I am here to support you to make that change.
How can I help you?
You will have the opportunity to share the thoughts and opinions that you wouldn’t normally express in everyday life, without being judged. By taking the time to slow down and get to know how your mind works I can support you to recognise, express and find ways to manage your emotions. Together we can look to find new ways to respond to the situations you find yourself in so you are able to move forward and enjoy your life.
I am a counsellor who works with evidence-based approaches, such as mindfulness cognitive behaviour therapy, solution focused therapy and inner child work. I believe that understanding yourself is the key to achieving inner peace and enjoyment in all areas of your life including relationships, career and physical health.
If negative thoughts are holding you back and you are feeling stuck, fed up with struggling on and you are ready to make a change then I am here to support you.
I can offer weekday appointments during the daytime and evening. I also offer an initial chat by video or phone to help you trust your inner guidance and find the right person to work with. Due to the challenges presented by the COVID 19 outbreak, I have adapted my practice to offer counselling by video and telephone. The sessions work in the same way as face to face therapy; they are confidential, each session lasts for up to one hour and you decide how often you would like to talk.
