About me

It is natural to experience emotions such as grief, sadness, anxiety or anger as a normal reaction to difficult life events such as relationship breakdown, bereavement, work or family issues and at times of extreme pressure.
However if negative thoughts and feelings begin to dominate your life, overwhelming you, and you feel unable to function normally at home or work, then it may be the right time to consider counselling in order to help you cope.
Counselling can also help you to manage long-term mental health issues,explore difficult relationships, prepare for big decisions/ life-changing circumstances or gain an understanding of why you may be repeating negative patterns of behaviour.
I am professionally trained and highly experienced, and offer a calm, unbiased and highly confidential space for you to talk about any aspect of your life openly without feeling judged, exploring ways of coping and untangling what may feel like a web of difficulties.
Counselling can help give you a better understanding of self, learn coping strategies and ways of managing anxiety and depression, improve relationships both at home and work, enhance communication skills and self-esteem , and consequently move forward to a more positive place.
