Dr Zoe Poole is a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist skilled in working with adolescents and adults to assess and treat a range of problems including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Complex Trauma (related to both childhood and/ or adulthood trauma), Chronic Pain (including Fibromyalgia, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and Migraines), Anxiety including panic attack, Depression, Low self-esteem, relationship issues and eating difficulties. Dr Poole has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London. She has worked in specialist private and NHS services.
