About me

Hello, I am a Principal Counselling Psychologist managing an NHS parental mental health service, and also work in private practice. I offer face-to-face, telephone, Zoom™, Skype™ and FaceTime™ short- and long-term psychological therapy interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. I work with adolescents and adults. I also offer clinical supervision, tutoring, coaching and mentoring, to trainee and qualified psychologists.
