Dr Oliver has over 15 years' NHS experience as a Senior Clinical Psychologist working in adult psychological therapies, including teaching and supervision. She offers brief and longer term evidenced based psychological therapies including Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). Interventions are tailored to the needs of the individual. Dr Oliver has expertise in treating a full range of adult psychological issues, including:
depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, pregnancy and post-natal depression, parenting difficulties, managing long-term health conditions, histories of childhood trauma, bereavement and loss.
