About me

I worked for the NHS from 1995 until 2016 in a variety of clinical, corporate and managerial positions. I established my private practice in 2015. I am also appointed as a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission (CQC). I am a qualified Occupational Therapist, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing practitioner. I am fully accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). I have experience of working with adults with the following conditions:
