I qualified from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2008 with a BSc (hons) in Dietetics. I then worked in various roles in the NHS at Doncaster including public health, primary care, surgical and general medical areas, diabetes, stroke and general rehabilitation and renal dietetics. I later moved to Leeds where I worked in both NHS and private healthcare settings continuing my work in renal dietetics, and expanding into bariatrics and gastroenterology.
