About me

I am an experienced clinical psychologist with 20 years experience. I combine my part-time NHS work with my private practice, offering therapy to adults and young people with a range of emotional difficulties. I aim to build trusting and empathic relationship with the person I am working with and use a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to best suit their needs and therapeutic goals.

Depression; low self-esteem; anxiety; generalised anxiety (GAD), social anxiety; phobias; panic disorder; OCD; PTSD and the effects of abuse; eating disorders; body image problems; bereavement; adjustment difficulites following life events.
