Overview

About me

I offer a highly professional and confidential service where there is an atmosphere of warmth, equality and acceptance. Here, in my private and tranquil therapy room, we can explore whatever difficulties you are currently experiencing.

To me, the most important aspect of Therapy is the Therapeutic relationship between you and I.
A relationship built on trust and honesty, where you feel safe, comfortable and not judged. Here a nurturing and healing process can begin to take place.

I am an Accredited Counsellor with the "British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy" (BACP).
I work in a Person Centred Way, integrating other modules to suit my Client. For example: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Gestalt, Existential, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) Art

I enjoy working with Counselling students on a long term basis; supporting you on your journey to become a fully qualified Counsellor.
