About me

I am a physiotherapist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (Reg no. PH79255) and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. I hold a Masters degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Brighton and a Bachelors degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bedfordshire.

I pride myself on educating whilst motivating each patient to achieve the best results whilst employing the highest professional standards and evidence based practice.

My main areas of clinical expertise are: treating sports injuries with primary focus on shoulder and upper limb problems. I also have interests in treating back, neck, lower limb pain, biomechanics, orthopedics and I have an interest in Ergonomics having spent 7 years working in this field for a large Occupational Health Company with large corporate clients in banking and healthcare. I worked for many years within the NHS as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and previously worked in a busy Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre in Dubai. I have also worked with professional and semi professional football teams as lead Physiotherapist.
