About me

I treat a wide range of disorders affecting the musculo-skeletal system. This includes back pain, Neck pain, arthritis, osteoporosis, sports injuries, tendon disorders, Hypermobility and musculoskeletal pain. I strongly believe in a wholistic approach. This means that I like to understand how the problem impacts on the person and how lifestyle and other adjustments may help to improve the condition. It also means using exercise therapy as part of the treatment as well as using physical therapy, conventional drugs and injections where necessary. I also make use of complementary therapies.
