About me

I am a chartered Clinical Psychologist running a private practice for adults, adolescents and children. I qualified as a Psychologist in 2000 and as an Interpersonal Psychotherapist in 2015. I worked in the NHS for over 13 years before fully dedicating my time to private practice.

I am trained in a range of evidence based therapies such as EMDR, CBT (including ‘Third waves CBT such as ACT - Acceptance and Committment Therapy and CFT - Compassion Focused Therapy), IPT and Psychodynamic.

My approach is collaborative, working at the right pace for the individual and with the utmost respect for the person’s privacy.
