About me

I am a BABCP accredited therapist, experienced, and with a background as a High Intensity therapist for the NHS and tutor in Further and Higher Education on. I hold an MA in CBT.
My work is with adult clients only (18yo+) and is based on classic Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and extends to CBT's most recent developments such as Mindfulness, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion Focus Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Resilience Therapy for complex and historical Traumas, Schema Focus Therapy, and Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy for Traumas.
