About me

I am a hands on holistic therapist and hold a Masters in Health Practise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I have in combination over 10 years of experience working as a Physiotherapist in the following areas extended scope practitioner, sports and occupational physiotherapy, pre-post natal physiotherapy, managing children related sports injuries also working with high level athletes for sports performance and management of injuries and chronic pain. I use a combination of methods of assessment and treatments tailored to my patients needs such as clinical pilates, acupuncture, manipulation therapies, soft tissue therapies, integrated system model and ensure your goals are met through working with you by hearing your story and ensuring best care practice is applied.
