About me

Hello, My name is Sven Law and I am an experienced and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Social Worker offering a range of evidence based interventions as per NICE guidelines and the Roth & Pilling competency framework for these therapies. This includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Guided Self Help and other Low intensity interventions, Behavioural Activation, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

I have been practising mindfulness for 4 years now and am on accredited teacher training, training to the Good Practice Guidelines (GPG).
