About me

I have availability for new clients and offer appointments or psychotherapy face-to-face, or via telephone, Skype, or Zoom.

I work with all issues and bring over 20 years of experience to my work. I offer a space where you and your pain find respectful and nonjudgmental listening.

My dual qualifications in the physical and psychological allow me to retain a holisitic view of each person. Apart from talking therapy, non-verbal work is invited by working with the body and movement, as well as creative and action methods. I offer a safe, nurturing and strictly confidential environment, and work to the professional and ethical standards of the UK Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP).

I am a member of the Climate Psychology Alliance (CPA) and the British Pain Society (BPS).
