About me

I am highly qualified with over 39 years of experience, working in mental health clinical practice. I provide a tailored, individual, formulation driven service to clients presenting with a range of mental health conditions. I have been qualified as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (CBT) for over 14 years. I have been Accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) continuously since 2005.
I have worked for the NHS for most of my working life and have now set up Private Practice. I have a Private Therapy Room at my home address where I provide CBT
