About me

I am highly qualified with over 40 years of experience, working in mental health clinical practice. I provide a tailored, individual, formulation driven service to clients presenting with a range of mental health conditions. I have been Accredited with the British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) continuously since 2005.
On retiring in 2016 from the NHS where I worked most of my adult life, I established my busy Private Practice. I provide CBT in my 'Therapy Room' at my home address.
