About me

I am a psychoanalytic psychotherapist and an experienced and qualified counsellor.
I have over ten years’ experience working with men and women of all ages, backgrounds and many ethnicities. I have worked in the NHS, hospital and GP surgeries, charity sector and in private practice.
I offer space, time and relationship for you to explore what concerns you; bringing insight, new perspectives and opportunities for change – with the aim of enabling you to live your life more freely and fully.
My therapeutic approaches are psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, relational and CBT.
I train counsellors on the BACP accredited diploma course in psychodynamic counselling at the Counselling Centre in Tunbridge Wells. I am a group supervisor for the BACP accredited counselling service there too.
I am available as a training therapist for counsellors and clinical psychologists. I offer individual supervision in my private practice.
