I passed my MBBS in 1992 from Karachi, Pakistan and after working for 8 years in large tertiary / Teaching hospitals in Karachi came to UK for further training in 2002.
I passed my MRCP in 2005 and entered into specialist training in Internal medicine, Geriatric medicine and stroke in 2007.
I completed my training in 2012 and since than I am working as a consultant in Internal medicine, Stroke and Geriatric medicine.
I have an extensive experience of managing patients with various medical problems both acute and chronic like Stroke, Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, Falls and syncope etc.
I have a special interest in teaching and research, I am working as an educational lead for my department at Darent valley hospital.
I always keep myself up dated regularly by attending various educational meetings, conferences and courses.
