Agnes is a warm and friendly therapist with more than ten years’ experience as a counselling psychologist and couple counsellor in the NHS and in private practice. She is qualified to a high level and trained in a number of approaches including Couple Counselling and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT), Integrative Therapy or CBT for individuals. Agnes’ flexibility and knowhow enable her to match the way she works to each client’s need; she can help people look at the root of their difficulties and how to recognise and change undermining patterns or she can work using CBT and other approaches in shorter solution-focused therapy to address specific issues such as anxiety, depression, bereavement and many more.
Agnes’ special interest is in relationship therapy, working with either individuals or couples to support them to improve their ways of connecting more meaningfully. Agnes can offer counselling in English and Polish.
