About me

I offer a quiet space to explore the issues that are troubling you at a pace that suits you. I will work with you to identify and tackle the source of unrest or distress, and together, we will find ways to navigate towards a calmer more satisfying place.

Why choose counselling? It is now widely recognised that 'talking therapies' are often more effective than medication for many types of emotional and psychological unrest. Life events and circumstances can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and out of control bringing about stress related ill health and general unhappiness. Counselling is one way to regain clarity, control and a greater sense of wellbeing.
