About me

Often people come to counselling with a unclear general feeling of confusion about the way their life is going but don’t always know what is causing this. Time with your counsellor is a way for you to work out what this confusion and lack of clarity actually means and for you to gain insight into your life and feel restored again.

I am Stuart, a sole practitioner BACP Accredited BUPA recognised counsellor/therapist for individuals and couples in the City of London, South Woodford and Forest Gate, East London. I offer both face-to-face counselling, EMDR, Walking Talking Therapy or sessions by Skype for individuals who cannot attend in person and choose this arrangement, although our initial session will need to be in person.

Our time together is to use the counselling process to gain deeper insight into your current situation and how we might identify ways for you to move forward. I am not here to fix or advise but to help support your natural ability to gain deeper understandingo of yourself in a gentle and respectful way.
