About me

I am a chartered psychologist, having worked in mental health services for over 15 years in the NHS and private sector.

I offer different types of therapy including cognitive-behavioural and psychodynamic interventions and both short and long term therapy. I firmly believe in tailoring interventions to suit individual circumstance and objectives.

In an initial consultation, I ask about the problem, or problems which bring somebody to therapy, and what they would like to change, so that we can tailor an approach and intervention.

I also use questionnaires so that we can monitor and measure improvements during the course of therapy.
