About me

I am an experienced chartered psychologist and have been working within mental health and therapeutic services for over 15 years.
I deliver psychological therapy and coaching for individual clients and professional supervision for psychologists, within private practice and the national health service. I also provide psychological consultancy for teams.

In an initial consultation for individual therapy, I will ask you about the problem, or problems which bring you to therapy, and what you would like to change, so that we can tailor an approach and intervention to suit you.

I also use questionnaires so that we can monitor and measure improvements during the course of therapy.
