About me

I AM NOT CURRENTLY TAKEN ON NEW CLIENTS

I provide time and space in a warm, contained environment where you can feel safe enough to begin to unload your burden. Together we will be able to see more clearly what is happening and then take it from there to enable positive changes to emerge.

My approach is "Integrative" which means that I integrate a number of theories and approaches into my work with my clients. Together we can chose the most appropriate way forward. The solid underpinning of my all my work lies in the knowledge that it is ultimately the evolving relationship between client and therapist that heals .
