About me

I have over 14 years’ experience providing psychological services to adults within NHS, local authority and HE settings. I have worked in the NHS supporting people with mental health issues in primary care, specialist community services and tertiary MDTs. Since qualifying I have additionally trained in ACT, CFT and EMDR therapeutic modalities and have a special interest in long-term health conditions, trauma and stress management. In addition to running my private practice, I work as a university Senior Lecturer in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
