About me

I have worked in the field of psychological health since 1982, successfully providing therapy for children, young people, adults and families.
I have extensive experience of addressing psychological difficulties at every level of complexity in inpatient and outpatient NHS settings, and for the last 12 years in the independent sector.
I strive to provide only what would be good enough for my own children or loved ones, were they to be on the receiving end!
I am an evidence-based practitioner who attends regular courses and receives excellent clinical supervision from Accredited and Consultant practitioners in order to offer the best therapy possible.
I was one of the first group in the world to study for an MSc in EMDR Therapy, having been excellently taught for ten years by the brilliant clinician Derek Farrell. I believe I am lucky to work in this profession.
