About me

I am a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with many years experience working in the NHS as a CBT therapist, team manager and clinical supervisor.

I have a strong track record in helping people recover and build the resilience to cope with the challenges of life.

During the Covid -19 crisis I am providing remote therapy by telephone , online video or Skype appointments to allow access to treatment .

I recognise that treatment has to be tailored to meet the needs of the individual . I work in a collaborative and compassionate way with each client and I can integrate third wave CBT interventions if helpful . It is vital that my clients feel they can talk freely without judgement to help them build skills and awareness to manage their mood more effectively .
