About me

I am a fully qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with many years experience working in the NHS as a CBT therapist, team manager and clinical supervisor.

During the Covid -19 crisis I am providing remote therapy by telephone , online video or Skype appointments to allow access to treatment .

I have a strong track record in helping people recover and build the resilience to cope with the challenges of life.

I recognise that treatment has to be tailored to meet the needs of each individual . I strive to ensure that compassion and professionalism are at the heart of everything I do . It is vital that my clients feel they can talk freely without judgement and are given hope that treatment can help them recover and build skills for life to manage their mood.
