About me

I am Clinical Psychologist and Family Therapist and have worked across Child and Adult Mental Health and Psychological Medicine settings in the NHS for 30 years.

I am to provide a supportive and caring context in which to explore current difficulties and to find solutions collaboratively with the client. I draw on a number of models, including cognitive-behavioural, systemic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT). I negotiate the frequency of sessions, as required, sometimes weekly, but also brief therapy with sessions spaced apart.
