I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 25 years’ experience. I have a special interest in conditions relating to the hip, knee, ankle and restoring lower limb performance. I treat patients in several settings – in private practice and in the NHS Great Western Hospital where I work:
• In the outpatients’ gym (e.g. Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) rehab, knee replacement
• With the Orthopaedic Consultants as an Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner
• In the Emergency Department where I treat acute, traumatic and sporting injuries.
Areas of interest
Lower limb rehabilitation; Anterior Cruciate ligament reconstruction; Arthritic hips and knees, arthroscopies and joint replacements. Meniscal injuries; Knee and ankle ligament injuries and/or surgical repairs; acupuncture to promote healing and relieve pain.
