About me

I work individually with clients at ground zero. It is methodological. It is tailored specifically to the individual. My work is informed to help you without the limitation of academic or institutional settings and everything remains private and confidential. I use the latest proven techniques. We will do the best we can in the time given. Everything is always explained and we work together co-constructively to better the treatment outcome.
I was trained originally in the psychodynamic and integrative approach in London. Later studied CBT at the Beck Insititute in Philadelphia and also at Reading University. I do like a very goal orientated approach to matters therefore my main therapy approach is in a very integrative CBT approach. I am presently working on a PhD in CBT and Stress.
