About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapist (EMDR) and Clinical Supervisor.

I have extensive experiences and skills with over 20 years in the NHS to provide effective evidence based individualised treatments for those with common mental health issues as well as complex psychological problems. I have Primary Care experience offering CBT in GP practice and worked in Secondary Care NHS Psychology Service. My expertise extends to trauma focused approaches.

I have a compassionate approach, motivated and flexible within my skills to be client-focused and achieving client's goals is my optimum priority.
