About me

I am an experienced CBT and EMDR therapist (accredited in both modalities). I work with adults, families, children and adolescents.
(Children under 7 need to attend sessions with a parent).


I attended further training in Mindfulness, Working with personality disorders, CBT for couples, Brief Solution Focus Therapy and I am trained in existential psychotherapy.
