I have experience of helping clients with a wide range of health conditions linked with diet. I started my professional career as a medical doctor, due to my passion for nutrition and diet, i went into the field of nutrition. I started by achieving my Master's in Nutrition form King's College in London. I was awarded a PhD in nutrition in 2000. I worked in the field of nutrition and have work published in peer reviewed journals. I then went onto getting a postgraduate registration as a Ditetitian.
I have worked for the NHS since 2008 and am recognised as a Dietitian who has passion for helping clients with evidence based advice, demystifying myths and individualising guidance and advice.
