About me

I offer safe, confidential counselling, with a relaxed, non-judgemental, encouraging style. I provide a space during therapy which is trusting and where support and guidance help individuals move forward from their experiences and issues.

With a vast amount of experience, I provide counselling and coaching for adults, couples and young people. I specialise in working with young people, age 11 - 25 years. I also specialise in relationship issues, anxiety, anger management and depression.

I work in an integrative way, using different psychotherapy models. This allows me to tailor my approach to the specific needs of my clients. I have extensive experience in supporting clients with a vast range of life issues, such as, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Post-Natal Depression, Bereavement, Eating Disorders, Low Self Esteem, Addictions, Loss and Bullying. I am an Accredited Member of the BACP and adhere to it's Ethical Code of Conduct. I am also a member of EMDR UK and Ireland.
