About me

Mia Scotland has been treating stress, trauma, anxiety and depression for over 25 years. She trained with Professor Paul Gilbert in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Compassionate Mind Therapy. She runs a successful private practice in the East Midlands, and also works over Skype and the phone. She delivers talks to professionals internationally, and has been on the television talking about mental health stigma and postnatal depression in fathers.
