About me

Hello. I am a Clinical Psychologist, and I have been treating adults and children with stress, trauma, anxiety and depression for over 25 years. Anxiety and depression comes in many forms, and I have a wealth of experience of helping people with eating disorders, OCD, sexual problems, anxiety around birth and pregnancy, anger problems, phobias, driving fear, post traumatic stress disorder, postnatal depression and more. I trained with Professor Paul Gilbert in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Compassionate Mind Therapy. I have also done a wealth of training with the Human Givens Institute, and I am a Rewind therapist. I am based in the East Midlands, but I also do treatment over Skype and the phone. I do conferences and talks for professionals internationally, and have been on the television talking about mental health stigma and postnatal depression in fathers.
