About me

I have more than 20 years of experience and have a masters degree in Advanced Physiotherapy from UCL. I have worked in Central London in private practice for more than 15 years. I specialise in 'Activation therapy' which is a holistic approach designed to restore your body’s optimal function by massaging congestion points within the muscles. Muscle testing is used to assess any weakness. The techniques are applied and the muscles are retested. The results in strength and flexibility are dramatic and easily measurable and are accompanied by a significant reduction and most often a complete resolution in pain. Your musculoskeletal system will become balanced which will resolve abnormal load through your joints. Your energy levels will increase and your physical and mental performance will improve. These techniques are life skills which I can teach you to do to yourself.
