I offer Bupa customers standard cataract surgery on the Full Pathway package option at Worthing Hospital, St Richards Hospital .
This package includes your appointments before and after surgery, as well as your surgery and mono-focal lenses. It means you won’t use up your out-patient benefit or receive any additional bills from your surgeon (or anaesthetist, if you need one) for eligible treatment.

- Surgical retinal
Mrs Gordon-Bennett is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Vitreoretinal surgeon at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (Southlands Hospital, St Richards Hospital and Worthing Hospital, BMI Goring Hall and The Nuffield Chichester. Her subspecialty interests are retinal detachment, macular hole, macular epiretinal membrane, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal vascular occlusion and cataract. She is also the Clinical Lead for the West Sussex Diabetic Eye screening Program. Among the many roles she performs at the Western Sussex Hospitals are Laser Clinical Expert and Retinopathy of Prematurity Screener.
Mrs Gordon-Bennett completed her ophthalmology training in Cambridge in 2013 as Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists, London. She then completed 2 Vitreoretinal fellowships in Birmingham Midland Eye Centre and Leicester Royal Infirmary in 2015. She possesses a wealth of experience in Ophthalmology having worked in a number of hospitals across the UK and also in Jamaica.
She has published on a range of topics in Ophthalmology, including central serous chorioretinopathy, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and endophthalmitis.
Mrs Gordon-Bennett enjoys exercise, cycling, music, singing harmony and playing the piano.
