Sophie is an experienced, registered dietitian based in London. Sophie worked for many years in the National Health Service before moving to a career in private practice and lecturing. Sophie can provide professional, confidential and individualised dietary treatment in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Sophie is a Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at King's College London and previously worked in Torbay, Poole and Birmingham Heartlands Hospitals.
Sophie is an active researcher in diverticular disease and the dietary management of colostomies and ileostomies.
Sophie enjoys, walking and running with her dog and baking, cooking and especially eating with family and friends.
Sophie writes voluntarily for the Colostomy Association in their patient publication 'Tidings Magazine'.
Sophie has had several articles published in the British Journal of Nursing and the British Journal of GI Nursing for which she acts as a peer reviewer.

Sophie is available to give talks to GP practices, gyms and corporations on the work of dietitians and healthy eating.
