About me

Every week, during one on one and in group sessions, Matt helps people looking for answers to keeping healthy and active with long term solutions for low back pain, neck and shoulder pain stiffness and knee issues.

Matt works with people aged 35-64+ on a daily basis, keeping them healthy and active with hands on physiotherapy and exercise. Matt regularly delvers talks to local groups and fellow healthcare professionals on the best methods to keep injury at bay at to define the way you age as opposed to letting age define you.

Matt previously worked with Manchester City and Bolton Wanderers Football Club and is the founder of Matt Fox Physiotherapy. Elite treatment, preventative and rehabilitation methods are used on Matts patients, whilst keeping rehabilitation exercises specific, effective and manageable.

Areas of interest

Matt has been a Physiotherapist in the Premier League and the Championship for over 10 years; Matt also lectures on the Physiotherapy degree at Salford University; His varied experience has allowed him to treat varying patients including the adolescent to the elderly; and the non-sporting to international athletes.
