About me

I am a Chartered and Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years professional experience in the NHS and now working exclusively in independent practice. I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and member of the Health & Care Professions Council. I am also an accredited EMDR consultant/ supervisor.
I work with people experiencing a broad range of difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Phobias and Stress. I have particular interest in helping people overcome traumatic experiences, PTSD, birth trauma, or people who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship with food and eating.
I also offer supervision and consultation to other professionals and organisations.
I offer both face to face and online therapy and supervision.
