About me

When life is hard and we lose our way, it can help to talk in confidence to someone supportive and non-judgemental, someone who doesn’t know who you’re talking about, and who can offer a different perspective. Counselling can help to make a way forward seem easier, a way that you may not have imagined before.

I know it can be very hard deciding to see a counsellor, and I also know that exploring together what is troubling you, in a warm and secure space, can make all the difference.

I am a senior accredited member of the BACP and subscribe to their ethical codes and professional standards in my work both as a counsellor and as a supervisor. I use differing approaches to suit each person's needs, which may include anxiety, depression or relationship difficulties. We can talk about this together when we first meet.

Our initial contract will run for six weeks, after which we will review the counselling process and negotiate further sessions as appropriate. Normally we will meet on a weekly basis at a regular time.

I welcome adults, adolescents and children to a comfortable, private room in East Molesey.
