About me

Dr Keeling works in the Oxford Haemophilia & Thrombosis Centre (OHTC), the largest comprehensive care centre for haemophilia in the UK. Located in the centre is a service for the diagnosis and treatment of DVT and an anticoagulation services for approximately 8,000 patients.
Dr Keeling’s main national contributions have been as secretary and vice-chair of the United Kingdom Haemophilia Centre Doctors’ Organisation and as secretary and chair of the Haemostasis and Thrombosis Task Force of the British Committee for Standards in Haematology. He has co-authored several national guidelines in the area of haemostasis and thrombosis and was on the NICE venous thromboembolism guideline development group.
