About me

I have been a psychological therapist providing cognitive behavioural interventions for over 13 years, working with adults aged 16+ who are experiencing mental health difficulty.

My experience has been predominantly in the NHS working in an IAPT service, but in more recent years I have focused on developing independent practice taking private, legal and occupational referrals.

I have experience of treating many difficulties from depression and low self-esteem to post traumatic stress and obsessive compulsive disorder, panic and generalised anxiety. My practice encompasses a compassion focused approach and incorporates acceptance and mindfulness based interventions.

As a fully accredited member of the BABCP, I also have experience providing clinical supervision, training and consultation.
