About me

I am a UKCP accredited Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults. I have gained my experience working within the NHS, the Voluntary Sector and Private Practice. I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with issues that are having a negative impact on their lives and well being. The process of therapy facilitates change and supports a person in their own growth, developing resources that will help them to navigate the challenges of life.
