About me

I am a nurse specialist in psychological therapies. I specialise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have significant experience in offering both CBT and EMDR to adults of working age in current employment. I am accredited as Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist by the BABCP. I am accredited as an EMDR practitioner by the EMDR Association UK & Ireland. These organisations are the national accrediting bodies for CBT and for EMDR.

Even Keel is a private psychotherapy service offered by me to people in the early evenings.

I maintain competency through a programme of continuous training and regular clinical supervision. This consists of attending workshops, master classes and conferences. I also receive a minimum of monthly supervision of my clinical practice. This means that I talk through key elements of my clinical work in order to ensure that I am being as effective a resource as I can for you as you progress with therapy.
