About me

Welcome to my profile. As someone who was born and raised in the North West of England, I aim to provide a confidential, professional, accessible and fully accredited psychological therapy service in Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Leeds. I hope to establish a collaborative treatment relationship which will aid and maintain recovery.

I have provided Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other psychological therapies for mild to moderate mental health problems for over 8 years. These concerns include depression, anxiety, stress, work related stress, post traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, difficulty sleeping, body dysmorphic disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder (excessive worry), low self esteem, phobias, eating issues, sexuality, health anxiety, panic and agoraphobia, amongst other mental health presentations using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) recommended interventions.
