I am a highly experienced Dietitian with over 14 years’ experience. I worked in the NHS for over 10 years in a variety of clinical settings empowering and supporting clients manage their medical conditions through diet, lifestyle & behavioural changes.
I specialise in diet-related chronic disease management and long term weight loss using unique skills gained through behaviour therapy training and extensive experience of working in Specialist Weight Management clinics. I have specific training and experience in helping clients overcome emotional/comfort eating. I also have an interest in helping clients improve their digestive health, such as IBS and FODMAP's. I deal with complex medical conditions in combination.
